Two neighboring properties, without a fence between them and owned by father and son. The aim of the project was to unify visually the existing buildings, creating new residential two- and three-story extensions to the main buildings, underground cinema room, as well as a common recreation space with a swimming pool with a garden pavilion and a barbecue. Due to the presence of existing buildings in the project description misses the exact sizes of property, area, etc.
