One and two-story building with a basement. Located on a steep terrain with a slope to the north and with a view over the city of Plovdiv. For this reason the living-room is open to the north (to the nice view), but also has an access to the south and east. A few steps overcome the terrain displacement to the outer terrace with a barbecue. On the first floor are also the garage with a connection to the entrance hall and a study room with a separate bathroom. The second floor includes two bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobes, as well as a technical room.
