Two-story building with a partial basement and access to the flat roof, where a panoramic terrace with a nice view over the city of Plovdiv is designed. On the first floor is the entrance hall with an access to the garage and a guest room, a bathroom and a spacious living area, including kitchen, dining room and living-room with a double fireplace - internal and external. On this level is a connection with the double garage is designed, oriented to the service communication. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and wardrobes, as well as a study room for the owner. The basement consists of technical room for the heating and air conditioning equipment and a small enoteca (wine cellar).
