Guest house with commercial area and office. The building is designed on half-levels, with a partial basement where the utility room is placed. On the first floor are located a double garage, shop and office - facing the main approach to the building, with a separate entrance and a reception is developed the living area with a kitchen and dining room. On the next half-levels there are four rooms with separate bathrooms and a common living-room with a small kitchen. The staircase has access to the flat roof, where solar panels are placed. The building has a contemporary exterior with a clear appearance in which we combined smooth white stucco with brick masonry facade and masonry stone. To achieve better energy efficiency the building is designed with external insulation of 10 cm and 5 cm finishing layer.
