Residential building with a sloping roof. The house is located on a steep terrain and follows its natural slope. In the basement there are technical rooms and sauna. On the first floor is located the living area to the south and east and open to a covered patio with a barbecue on east. With a separate access are the three bedrooms situated into the roof space on the second floor. In the western part of the building is situated a covered but open parking space.
