A two-street corner property bought by a young family with the ambition to create a home. It was a real pleasure for us to work with these clients, having in mind that our project was strictly observed and executed during the construction. Two-story building without a basement.
The garage is located in the northern part of the house. Next to it a separate technical room with storage is planned. There is a connection between the garage and the building. The functional distribution of the first floor includes a living-room on the southwest, a kitchen and a dining room facing south, as both rooms have access to a covered porch, food storage, laundry room, bathroom and one bedroom.
The second floor includes a staircase and corridor, 3 bedrooms, a study room, bathroom with toilet and two loggias – to the south and to the northeast.
