Residential building with a flat roof. The house is on two floors, there is no basement, a small storage is placed under the staircase. On the first floor is located a living-room with a kitchen as well as a connection to the garage, a boiler room, a bathroom and one bedroom. The living room is open to the covered porch and the green yard with a swimming pool. On the second floor there are three bedrooms developed with separate bathrooms, wardrobe and laundry room. Since the second floor is with a much smaller area than the first one, the cover of the first floor is designed as spacious roof terraces. The staircase has access to the roof, with the possibility of placing solar panels.
