A house designed after initial "sketches" created by the owner and one of the energy efficient buildings. The external walls are 60 cm. thick, including 38 cm. of aerated concrete masonry blocks, insulation of 10 cm. rock wool and ceramic exterior facade masonry of 12 cm. On the first floor are located the garage for two cars with a connection to the technical sector of the building, a living-room and kitchen, indoor and outdoor fireplace and interior staircase to the second level. The second floor is designed into the roof space of the building, each of the bedrooms and bathrooms is provided with natural sunlight through the roof windows "Velux". The roof is made of wood structure with 30 cm. thick insulation between the rafters. In the external appearance are combined rough masonry stone - in the part of the plinth and the facade of the living-room and garage and jointed dark red facade of masonry ceramic blocks.
