Our solution to the functional organization of thebuilding is as follows:
Underground parking with 62 parking spaces and basic installation. The access for visitors or employees from the garage to the upper floors is via two staircases and three passenger lifts. Additionally a platform for cars is provided, which can be used for service the commercial part depending on the activity of the companies using the corresponding floors.
On the 1st floor are located: a representative office lounge, expositional-commercial part of the main company – ‘Mig Engineering’ with a coffee bar and outdoor green space. In the lobby of the office area are located two of the elevators – panoramic - with panoramic outdoor wall, so climbing with them, employees in the building and their customers can enjoy the city views. In the western part of the building is situated a parking for 40 cars. The 2nd and 3rd floors are commercial levels. The atrium space increases stepwise to the upper levels. The third level might be used for offices. Followed by three office floors - 4th, 5th and 6th levels. Over a third level are formed two landscaped roof terraces. In the southwestern part of the 4th and 5th floors small gyms is designed.
On the seventh level we have placed a restaurant with 200 seats. At last - eighth level offers rooms and apartments for guests. According to the exterior design of the building we have used clean geometry and proportions. That composition and the combination of metal, ceramic and glass facade materials highlights the business-administrative type of building.
