From 1993 to 2023 we have designed projects for single-family residential buildings with a total gross floor area of 25000 m2 that have received building permission. This statistic does not include the conceptual projects that we have worked on.
The single-family house is not an anonymous building, it is living together with its inhabitants. When designing a family home the real clients are usually the users/owners of the house themselves, which is what makes each family building strictly individual. We don’t have two identical house projects, and we shouldn’t, as no two families are identical either. For that reason each family building is designed for its precise location with a respect for the nature and the terrain characteristics of the property such as sunlight, terrain displacement, nice view, existing trees and other greenery. Each of our projects reflects the private life and daily routines of its owners through the designed functional scheme. Therefore we pay attention to every detail, listening carefully to our clients and comply with everything that they share with us as an image of their future home, so to be sure that the created house will accommodate them and will make their lives and daily activities easy, pleasant and comfortable. We always offer additional options to our clients, not just the one they have imagined in order to think deeply into all matters regarding the project and together - client and architect, to achieve the best functional, aesthetic and economical solution.
Why do we name our family house projects with female names?
In most cases, the projects are called after the woman in the family - developer of the project. The woman who creates life, takes care of the family comfort, arranges and decorates the space in the house and around it.
