The main steps in the redesign process, which we adopted were the following:
Finding comfortable and structurally acceptable location for a new vertical communication core.
Carrying out new compositional lines of movement from the existing entrance and lobby to the new vertical core.
Use of high altitude on the ground level for further development of an intermediate level - Mezzanine.
On the typical floors we implement a new functional scheme introducing a diagonal line separating the spaces in a new way, allowing two independent sites on each floor to be distinguished: an Exhibition block and an Office block.
Overall on floors 1,2,3,4 in vertical terms are formed one above the other sites with the same function - Office, exhibition halls, temporary storage, new service and ventilation facilities. The fifth roof floor is designed as a learning center with three studios and a lounge – exhibition area and a coffee-bar.
